Depending on the speed you choose, it can last between 5-7 hours. JOLT ™ incorporates a 3-minute “sleep” function: if JOLT ™ does not operate for 3 minutes, it will automatically turn off to preserve your battery and for your safety. If you wish to resume operation, press any button on the LCD screen or turn on the power switch at the bottom of the handle again to turn it back on.

Processing time
All our products are in stock in our warehouse in France (we are not "dropshippers": we are the owners and creators of our products, our brand and our supply chain). Your order is processed Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Order preparation time is 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday) and delivery time varies between 24 and 72 additional hours depending on the service chosen. You will receive a shipping notification as well as a tracking number allowing you to check the delivery status of your product.
Packages are delivered against signature. If you are not present during the delivery, you will be able to reschedule a new delivery or collect the package from the collection center of your choice (usually the closest to your delivery address).
Delivery times and prices
The lead times below do not include the processing time for your order shown above. Any order placed on Friday after 2 p.m. will be processed the following Monday.
The delivery charges vary depending on the number of units you order. Delivery costs are visible when you go to the stage of finalizing your order.

You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped. You will find in this email a tracking number also called a “tracking” number which will allow you to follow the delivery of your package to your home. Don't worry, any useful information will be written in the shipping email, we've thought of everything ;)
Only our Swiss friends and countries outside of Europe are potentially subject to import charges. Our shipments include an invoice which will be used by the relevant customs offices to calculate the local VAT to be collected. These additional costs are not included in the price displayed on the website and are not the responsibility of our company, but of your country. If they are requested from you, these costs are your responsibility.
We are sorry and in the event that you receive an incorrect item, we invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible and send us a photo of the packaging / label on the box received. If you have requested a refund for your order, depending on the case, you will have to wait for us to receive the returned product. Once validated by our teams, the funds will be re-credited to the payment method used. If the return is the result of a defective product, we will be responsible for the return. If you are returning the product because you have simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Be careful to respect the 14-day return period upon receipt of your order.
We do not do exchanges for logistical and hygiene reasons, you will be refunded for the order in question and you will need to replace another order.
Please return your order, taking care to package the product well (example: bubble envelope) in its original packaging, to avoid any breakage/deformation during transport.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your JOLT™ to us
Of course ! Our products are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing or raw material defect, under normal use. The guarantee takes effect from the day your order is delivered. That said, the warranty cannot be activated if the problem results from abnormal use, incorrect or deliberately damaging handling of the product, or even normal wear and tear.
