How to relieve aches and pains?

We have all felt at one time or another these pains making our muscles stiff, hard, and weakened following intense exercise or fatigue. These are aches, generally caused by small cracks in the muscle fibers. 1. What causes body aches?

A contraction or stretch is enough to cause muscle pain. Several factors are responsible for the appearance of muscle aches:
