Processing time

All our products are in stock in our warehouse in France (we are not "dropshippers": we are the owners and creators of our products, our brand and our supply chain). Your order is processed Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in our warehouse. The order preparation time is 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday) and the delivery time varies between an additional 24 hours and 72 hours depending on your location. From this moment, you will receive a tracking number from our service provider to be able to locate your package.

In case of absence, a notice of passage will be deposited in your mailbox, you can then reschedule a delivery or collect the products ordered from an establishment of your choice, during the period indicated by the carrier on the delivery notice.

 

Delivery times and prices

The lead times below do not include the processing time for your order shown above. Any order placed on Friday after 2 p.m. will be processed the following Monday.

The delivery charges vary depending on the number of units you order. Delivery costs are visible when you complete your order.

Delivery is made within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery times may be affected during school holiday periods and peak activity periods.

 BACK 

JOLT™ offers French customers a 14-day right of withdrawal. The customer will be liable for return costs. This right of withdrawal also applies to sale products sold on this site. 

The refund will be made within 14 days from the time JOLT™ receives the returned product. The buyer will have informed JOLT™ in advance of his decision to withdraw. This decision must be notified by the customer through the contact form, or to the following address: hello@getjolt.fr

Only items returned in a condition that allows them to be put back on sale (this assuming that they are returned in their original packaging) will be accepted. See our T&Cs for more details.

Consequently, items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be taken back.
